MySelf Builder Digital Workshop® began with a simple belief: every person is a builder, capable of shaping their future with the right tools, support, and encouragement.

That belief took root during Darron’s time as a college residence advisor, where late‑night conversations, mentoring moments, and community‑building taught him how deeply students crave guidance and connection. It grew stronger throughout his career as a school administrator, witnessing firsthand how confidence and structure can transform a student’s path—especially in moments of uncertainty.

In 2020, during a time when students and families faced isolation and disruption, MySelf Builder emerged as a place to rebuild. What started as virtual support quickly expanded into a full suite of construction‑themed workshops, coaching sessions, and skill‑building experiences designed to help individuals build, learn, and grow.

Today, MySelf Builder inspires people nationwide to construct their best selves—one skill, one tool, and one blueprint at a time. We exist to strengthen communities, uplift emerging leaders, and help every participant step into their future with confidence and clarity.
